A chief teacher of France (his school in Paris is counting 800 students) and a brilliant dancer, a leader of great oriental show. He comes from Morocco and presents the Egyptian style of Bellydance.

Within the festival will be held: Gala show, workshops and contest among soloist performers of Raqs Al Sharki. The contest will consist of the following nominations: 1. The contest will be held on the 24th of October, Friday. Address: The Central House of a Journalist Nikitskii boulevard, 8A (Metro "Arbatskaya", you should enter the The Arbatskaya Square, then follow to the Nikitskii boulevard by the subway and you will see the first building on the right) The registration begins at 10 A.M. There are 2 cafes in the Central House of a Journalist. The cafes are open since 12P.M. up to 4 P.M. You can also have your lunch at New or Old Arbat where you will find a lot of cafes.

More accurate definitions of some nominations
Raqs Al Sharki "Song"
In this nomination dancers perform with the songs of Oum Kalthoum, Abd el Halem Hafis, Mohamed Abd el Wahab, Warda, Farid el Atrash, Meyada Hanawie, Abd el Mottalab, Mouharem Fuad and others that are the songs which can be called Raqs Al Sharki. You can take old original compositions You can also use the part of the song without voice, as a song without the introduction of the orchestra looses half of its charm and, moreover, there are also songs in which the voice part is shorter than the instrumental one. But the orchestra part mustn't exceed 50 % of the whole performance.
