On the one hand - Irina Popova (Russian bellydance star) - and on the other hand - International Association of Artists in Egypt have organized tour of Egyptian Legend dancer and choreographer – Mahmoud Reda and Lebanese teacher and choreographer – Gaby Shiba to 1 International Festival of Oriental Dance and Competition in Moscow, Russia.
Mahmoud Reda was at the head of judges at Festival. Gaby Shiba, Nour and Yasser Al-Swery, Irina Popova, Ekaterina Egorova, Maryana Smirnova and others had come into the judges to. 
The www.nilegroup.net came out as sponsor of the Festival. The winner of "Raqs el Sharqi"- professionals have got tour to Cairo with hotel accommodation and all work shops free of charge. 
The winner of "Raqs el Shaqi"- schools won all work shops free of charge. 
In the framework of Festival Mahmoud Reda gave 2 workshops, Nour and Gaby Shiba – 2 workshops (each one), Irina Popova and Maryana Smirnova - one.
